Healthy oven baked KFC copycat thighs

KFC Copycat Thighs 



Tonight I made oven baked KFC copycat thighs which are much healthier than store bought. Worked out really well with amazing crispy texture, taste & moist. Super easy!

  1. Soak chicken thighs in milk for 30 mins
  2. In ziplock bag, add 15 tbs flour, 2 tbs salt, 1 tbs black pepper, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs onion powder, 1 tbs cumin & 1 tbs paprika
  3. Put chicken thighs in bag & coat thoroughly
  4. Bake at 170 degrees in fan assisted oven skin side down for 20 mins, flip over and bake for another 20 mins then leave in oven as heat dies off
