BBQed rainbow trout with Asian black bean and ginger BBQ sauce
It’s BBQ season with my unique twist - BBQed rainbow trout with Asian black bean and ginger BBQ sauce / dressing, flame grilled asparagus & BBQ smoked mussels with crispy samphire. So, it won’t go in a bun and you can’t eat it with your hands (well, easily, at least) but this is how I like my BBQ! Gourmet!
