This is probably the most naughty thing I’ve ever eaten. I'm sure my heart is not thanking me for this one, and kindness comes from the heart, so I am working on a vegan version of this dessert which uses coconut milk whipped with dessert topping mix and vegan meringue (created using chickpea liquid?!)
However, in the meantime, I present the ultra decadent "Cookies & Cream Eton Mess" ...
4 crushed double stuff Oreos
2 crushed meringues
10 chopped fresh strawberries
250 ml double cream whipped with a little sugar & vanilla essence
Whip the double cream in a separate bowl before mixing crushed double stuff Oreos, strawberries & meringues.
