Asian-inspired take on the Persian Tadig
Reworking the BBQ chicken from earlier in the week into a delicious pasta dish - BBQ chicken, cherry tomato, basil, garlic & olive oil with mozzarella tortellini - no BBQ sauce was used in making the sauce - just scratch made BBQ flavours of flame roasted chicken (which was brined in BBQ spices overnight to keep it super moist).
