Cheddar Cheese Tuna Burgers with Sweet Chilli & Lime

This recipe is literally about layers of flavour with bright lime, hot chilli & mellow cheese. Easy & quick to make with usual pantry items, this is a staple lunch for me.

Recipe

1. Take burger buns and slice into piece about twice the thickness of slice bread
2. In a bowl, mix one can of tuna, two tbs of mayonnaise, two tbs of sour cream, two tbs finely diced celery, one tbs finely diced white onion, one tbs sweet chilli sauce, one tbs lime juice, one tbs yellow mustard & half tbs sweet paprika.
3. Spread mixture onto burger bun slices & top with grated or sliced cheddar before putting under hot grill till cheese bubbling & starting to crisp.
4. Serve with sweet chilli sauce on top plus iceberg lettuce.
