Simple Paneer & Pea Curry
My sister seems to have developed an obsession with my Paneer & Pea Curry (her words, not mine). Apparently the recipe wasn't simple enough, so here is my ultra simple pea & paneer curry recipe for veggie Fridays.- Fry two chopped onions till soft
- Add 200g frozen peas, can of chickpeas, 200ml coconut milk, 200ml cream, 100g almond powder, 25g sugar & curry powder
- Cook for about 5-10 mins & add mozzarella or paneer cheese (or both!)
- Top with almond flakes & coriander
