The 'tiger bread & butter pudding' is based on an amazing dessert I had in Rhodes, Greece, where the egg & milk mixture includes orange juice for an extra layer of complexity! Using a tiger bread loaf allows me to create a large 'block' of pristine bread with a brown sugar breadcrust crumble topping for that Masterchef look.
